The Mid Ocean Club

Designed by renowned course architect Charles Blair Macdonald, The Mid Ocean Club golf course opened to international acclaim in 1921. Whilst remaining true to Macdonald’s original vision, bunkers and tees were reworked and enhanced in the 1950s by another legendary course designer, Robert Trent Jones. The links at The Mid Ocean Club offer some of the most challenging holes and spectacular vistas of any course in the world and has had the honor of hosting several major golf events; most notably the 2007 and 2008 PGA Grand Slams of Golf.

Nearly a century after its debut, the course at The Mid Ocean Club remains among the most celebrated and has been recognized in Golf Digest’s 2018 World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses. From scratch through to relative beginners, Mid Ocean members and their guests enjoy both casual and competitive golf.
